Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. The passport should also have a minimum of two blank visa pages.

Detailed Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of People`s Republic of China on Company Letterhead with entry and exit dates, PAX name and passport number.

ORIGINAL PU letter from the Chinese Ministry (Not mandatory)

Biometrics mandatory. applicant must come personally at the time of visa submission.

COVID vaccination certificate

Invitation from Chinese Company as per the Embassy format strictly (Invitation letter format attached in the Forms section).

Signatory Name should be written in the Chinese language.

Signatures should be Cross signature on company seal (and should be in Chinese)

Original bank statement of 6 months with original seal and signature of Bank on all the pages and with minimum balance should be Rs 1.5 Lakhs per person.

Any Foreigner working in India on Employment visa, FRRO authorisation letter also mandatory.

In case of any foreign passport holder, a recommendation letter for its respective Country Embassy is mandatory

• Original cover letter given by your employer indicating the purpose and length of the trip.
• Appointment letter. All employees must have been working at least 1 year in the same company.
•  Letter of invitation from the Mexican company indicating the purpose and length of the trip.
•  Original pay slips (last 3 months).
• Original personal bank statement or pass book  (last 3 months) certified by the bank.
•   Personal Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 16 (1 year).
•  CDC book original and copy

• One recent passport-sized photograph (4.5 CM X 3.5 CM), white background, without glasses. Face should cover 80% of the photo.
• Original cover letter given by your employer indicating the purpose and length of the trip. (Please include a copy of the passport or PAN card of the person signing the letter)
• Appointment letter ( Joining date document). All employees must have been working at least 1 year in the same company. If employees joined in less than one year:
  1. 12 month bank statement from the company, originally stamped and signed on every single page.
  2. Original and copy of a document attesting that the applicant has the experience to carry out the activity for which he is invited (example: original degree or educational certificate), duly apostilled.
• Original letter of invitation from the Mexican company indicating the purpose, length of the trip and specifying what company will cover the employee's expenses. (Please include a copy of the passport or INE card/Residence card permit of the person signing the letter)
• Original pay slips (last 3 months), stamped and signed by the company. Please include a copy of the passport or PAN card of the signatory
• Original personal bank statement or pass book  (last 3 months) certified by the bank.
• Personal Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 16 (1 year).

• Partnership deed which should include the name of the applicant or Company Registration before the State Government, duly apostilled.
• Income Tax Return of the Company for the last two years.
• Company Bank Statement  for the last three months.

• Original cover letter given by your employer indicating date of joining
• Original pay slips (last 3 months).
• Original personal bank statement or pass book  (last 3 months) certified by the bank.
• Personal Income Tax Return (ITR) or Form 16 (1 year).

• Personal presence of the applicant(s) is mandatory for biometric process and interview.
• The Consular Section may request further forms of proof depending on each case.
• Names on all the documents should be exctly as on the passport(s).
